What Gameplan is

A tool to plan and track your own online MTT sessions: your rules, a proposed lineup from your lobby screenshots, and your results. It isn't a gambling service, doesn't place bets or connect to poker sites, and gives no gambling, financial or tax advice.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, and allowed to play real-money poker where you live. One account per person.

The beta

Gameplan is free during the beta. Features can change, break or be removed while it's being built. If paid plans arrive, there will still be a free plan, and nothing will be charged without you choosing it first.

Check before you register

Lineups, limits and stats come from what you enter and what's read from your screenshots, and that reading can be wrong. Check buy-ins, start times and late registration in the poker client before you register. Every decision to play, and what it costs, is yours.

Poker site rules

Gameplan stays on the planning side and doesn't run next to your client while you play, but each site sets its own rules on third-party tools. It's up to you to check that your use fits the rules of the sites you play on.

Your data

What you log stays yours. You let Gameplan store and process it to run the app for you, as the privacy page describes. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.

Fair use

• Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the app, or read other players' data.
• Don't upload anything illegal, or other people's personal details.
• Don't resell or scrape the app or the data in it.

Accounts that break these terms can be suspended.

No guarantees

Gameplan is provided as it is, without guarantees that it's always available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, it isn't liable for losses at the tables, missed tournaments or decisions made with it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Stopping

You can stop using Gameplan at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. If Gameplan shuts down, you'll get notice first, and a copy of your sessions if you ask for one.

Play responsibly

Gameplan is built around limits: a cap per session, a stop time and a bankroll you don't touch. If playing stops being fun, if you chase losses, or if you play with money you need, take a break and talk to someone.

Changes
