Gameplan is a small, independent session planner for online MTT players, free during the beta. This page says what it stores, why, who helps run it, and how to get your data out or deleted.

What Gameplan stores

  • Your account: your email address, used to sign you in.
  • Your rules: your answers to the questionnaire, your bankroll and the limits you set.
  • Your sessions: tournaments, buy-ins, results, satellites, notes and favourites you log.
  • Lobby screenshots you upload, and the tournament list read from them.
  • Your time zone, so times show in your local clock.
  • Usage analytics: which pages are viewed and a few named actions (like starting a session or reading a lobby), to see what works and what doesn't.

Gameplan never connects to your poker account and never sees your hands or tables.

Why

Only to run the app for you: sign you in, plan and track your sessions, read your lobby screenshots and show your results. Analytics help improve the beta. Your data isn't sold, isn't used for ads, and isn't shared with poker sites.

Lobby screenshots

Screenshots are stored in private storage that only your account can open. To read them, they're sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which returns the list of tournaments. Gameplan keeps the screenshots so a read can be checked when something goes wrong, until you delete your account or ask for them to be removed. Don't upload anything you wouldn't want stored, such as your balance or other people's details.

Who helps run Gameplan

These services process data on Gameplan's behalf, only to provide their part of the app:

SupabaseDatabase, sign-in and screenshot storage
VercelHosting the website
AnthropicReading lobby screenshots (Claude API)
ResendSending sign-in emails
PostHog (EU)Usage analytics, without cookies
CloudflareDomain and forwarding of the contact address

Some of these may process data outside your country, under their own data-protection terms.

Cookies

Only the ones the app needs: your sign-in session, your theme (light or dark) and your time zone. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics run without cookies, so a new page load counts as a new visit; PostHog may use your IP address to estimate your country.

Who can see your data

You. Other players can't see anything of yours. The person running Gameplan can see account-level usage (such as how many sessions you've logged) to run the beta, and looks at your sessions or screenshots only when you ask for help or to fix a fault.

Your rights and deleting your data

You can ask for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for your account and everything in it, screenshots included, to be deleted. Email contact@gameplanpoker.com from the address you sign in with; it's done within 30 days. You can also object to the analytics, or complain to your national data-protection authority.

Data stays as long as your account exists. An account is deleted on request.

Age

Gameplan is for adults only: you must be 18 or older, and old enough to play real-money poker where you live.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and you'll get an email about it.
